Project overview
Al-Hirz Institute is a multilevel organization spearheaded by Shaykh Okasha Kameny that seeks to spread Islamic knowledge throughout the world. In April 2021, they reached out to Morisco, and we began consulting with their creative team regarding their brand identity. As an organization with several thousand followers on Instagram, and more than a hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube, Al-Hirz wanted guidance in creating a distinct but classic look for their institute. Before this, they had lacked a unified look across their platforms, or sometimes even on the same platform. The Morisco team went to work, and collated a brand identity for Al-Hirz Institute. This included a color palette, font family, and style guide, along with design templates for their Instagram page. Armed with this cost-effective consultant work, the creative team at Al-Hirz was able to implement the design changes, and have since revamped and unified the look of their organization into something exclusive and easily recognizable.
